Yes, if you give them Can edit. Live editing — where everyone adds and ticks items and the changes appear on each other's screens within seconds — needs any paid plan (Monthly, Annual or Family). The people you invite don't need to pay; even someone on the free Taster plan can edit a list you've shared with them.
