What can someone see when I share a list or meal plan?

Only the one list or meal plan you shared — nothing else. They can't see your recipes, cookbooks, other lists, email address or account details. People with view access can read it; people with edit access can also add, change and tick items (or change meals in a meal plan). Only you can rename or delete it, or change who has access.
