0.5 cup raspberry jam
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup white chocolate or buttercream — for decoration

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.

In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold into the egg mixture.

Pour the batter into the tray and bake for 10–.

While warm, roll the cake with parchment paper and let it cool.

Unroll the cake, spread raspberry jam and whipped cream evenly. Add fresh raspberries.

Roll the cake again carefully.

Cover with white chocolate or buttercream and decorate with raspberries and powdered sugar.

Slice and serve.
