How do I share recipes to Recipe Filer from my iPhone?

Apple doesn't let web apps register for the iOS Share Sheet directly, so we use a free Apple Shortcut as a bridge. Easiest path: visit /ios-share-setup on Recipe Filer and tap the 'One-tap Install' button at the top — Apple's Shortcuts app opens, you paste your personal token once, and you're done. After that, every Instagram / TikTok / Safari recipe gets a 'Save to Recipe Filer' option in the share sheet that drops the recipe straight into your Inbox cookbook.
