What happens to members if I cancel the Family Plan mid-year?
Answer
Turning off auto-renew doesn't end anything early — you and your members keep everything until the end of the year you've paid for. If the plan then ends, members go back to the free Taster plan and nothing is deleted. Shopping lists and meal plans you've shared become view-only for 30 days, then sharing stops until you renew.
