Historical recipes

What is the Historical Recipes section?

Answer

It's a separate library of real recipes from public-domain cookbooks published in 1900 or earlier — sourced from Mrs Beeton, Fannie Farmer, Apicius, Yuan Mei, Elena Molokhovets and many more. Every recipe is modernised into cookable form while preserving its historical character, with full attribution to the original book, author and year.
