Why do my URL imports get a cover image automatically?
Answer
When you import a recipe from a URL — whether by pasting it into the scanner or sharing from iOS — we pull the page's social-preview image (the same one that shows on Facebook or WhatsApp link previews) and set it as your recipe's cover. You can replace it any time from the recipe editor.
