How to import from MealMaster
- 1Locate your .mmf file (or a folder of them).
- 2If they're separate, concatenate into one .mmf.
- 3We'll parse every "Recipe via Meal-Master" block automatically.
- 4Original text is preserved for anything that doesn't map cleanly.

Is the import free?
Yes. Importing recipes is always free — even for anonymous visitors. You only need an account to save what you import to your permanent cookbook shelf.
Will my MealMaster photos come with me?
Yes. Where photos are embedded (Paprika, Mela, Recipe Keeper, Cookmate, Evernote) we extract them from the file. Where they're linked via URL, we fetch and rehost them to our own storage so they never break — even if the source site goes down.
How does deduplication work?
Every import compares title + first ingredient against your existing recipes in the target cookbook. Exact matches are skipped. We show you the skip count when the import finishes so you can spot anything unexpected.
How big an import can I do?
