Silicone spatula
ToolAlso known as: rubber spatula · bowl scraper
A flexible kitchen implement with a heat-resistant silicone head, used for folding batters, scraping bowls clean, and stirring mixtures over heat without scratching non-stick surfaces. Its flexibility allows it to reach into the curved base of bowls and saucepans with ease. It has largely replaced rubber spatulas in professional and home kitchens alike.
