Sunflower oil
IngredientA mild, pale oil pressed from sunflower seeds, widely used in baking as a vegan substitute for melted butter owing to its neutral flavour and light texture. It has a moderately high smoke point, making it suitable for light frying as well as in cake batters and bread doughs. It is naturally free from common allergens including nuts and dairy.
