What is Favourites, and how do I add or remove recipes?

Answer

Favourites is your own private list of recipes you love, kept in a built-in Favourites cookbook that every signed-in cook gets automatically. - To add a recipe, tap the heart on any recipe card or recipe page. It works on your own recipes, public Directory recipes, Historical recipes and recipes in cookbooks friends have shared with you. - To remove it, tap the heart again (or tap Remove inside Favourites). - Find them under My Cookbooks → Favourites on your dashboard, or just say "show me my favourites" or "open my favourite apple pie" to the voice assistant. - It's private. Nobody else can see your Favourites list, and the Favourites cookbook can't be shared, renamed or deleted. - Popularity: the number next to a heart shows how many cooks have saved that recipe — just the number, never who saved it. - If a recipe you saved is later deleted or stops being shared, it stays in your Favourites marked no longer available so you know what it was; remove it whenever you like. - On the free plan, each favourite counts towards your recipe allowance.
