Celeriac remoulade

A classic French starter of raw celeriac cut into fine julienne or coarsely grated, dressed in a mustardy mayonnaise-style sauce. It is served chilled and makes an excellent vegan dish when the mayonnaise is replaced with a plant-based alternative.
