We spent weeks tuning the regex that finds time phrases in any instruction text — 'cook for 10 minutes', '25 mins covered', 'rest 1 hr'. Each phrase becomes a button. Tap it, the countdown lives in the corner of your screen. Multiple timers run in parallel. A 3-pulse beep + buzz when each one hits zero.
