2 pieces filet mignon steaks — 6–8 oz each
6 pieces jumbo shrimp — peeled and deveined (tails on)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
5 pieces garlic cloves — minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
fresh parsley — chopped
fresh rosemary — for garnish
1 cup heavy cream
0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard — optional

Season the filet mignon with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3– per side (or until desired doneness). Add butter and garlic during the last minute, basting the steaks. Remove and let rest.

In the same pan, cook the shrimp for 1– per side until pink. Remove.

For the sauce, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2–.

Add Parmesan cheese and Dijon mustard. Stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the filet on a serving plate, spoon the creamy sauce over the steak, top with the shrimp, and garnish with parsley and rosemary.
