Instructions

    Slice the sourdough boule into a crosshatch pattern, cutting almost to the bottom without slicing all the way through.

    In a bowl, mix the softened butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

    Spread the garlic butter mixture generously between all the bread cuts.

    Stuff the bread with the burrata pieces, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan, distributing the cheese evenly throughout.
