250 g flour
100 g powdered sugar
80 g softened butter
1 egg
80 g pistachio paste
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
50 g whole pistachios
icing sugar — for decoration

In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the powdered sugar until you get a cream.

Add the egg and pistachio paste. Mix well.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Knead to form a homogeneous dough.

Cover the dough and let rest in the fridge for .

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Form small balls of dough. Roll them in icing sugar.

Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper leaving some space. Press 2 to 3 pistachios on each ball.
