40 g porridge oats — ground to a flour
1 pinch ground cinnamon — optional
10 g unsalted butter — for frying
50 g fresh berries — blueberries or raspberries, mashed

Instructions
Step by step

In a bowl, mash the banana thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

Beat in the egg until well combined.

Stir in the ground oats and cinnamon (if using) to form a thick batter. Let it stand for to thicken.

Heat a small knob of butter in a non-stick frying pan over low-medium heat.

Spoon tablespoon-sized portions of batter into the pan, spreading gently into small rounds. Cook for 2– on each side until golden and cooked through.
