  • 30 oz Vegetable Suet

  • Water to combine

  • 1 pinch Salt

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1 bunch Parsley

  • 1 unit finely chopped onion — optional

    Combine the ingredients and roll into balls. You only need a little water to bind to a firm dough. Add to your stew before cooking

    Cover the pan and then flip each dumpling over halfway through the cooking time
