1 piece eating apple — cored and thinly sliced
4 tbsp branston pickle — check label GF
40 g rocket — washed
20 g butter — softened, optional

Lightly spread the gluten-free bread slices with softened butter, if using.

Spread 1 tablespoon Branston pickle on four of the slices.
