  • 60 g self-raising flour — or all purpose/wholemeal with 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 50 g Greek or soya yoghurt

  • 1 heaped tsp jam or lemon curd

Step by step

    Mix flour and yoghurt together so it clumps together then squeeze in your hands to form a soft and smooth dough ball. It should not be sticky. Add more flour if it is.

    Roll the dough out into a rectangular shape.

    Spread on jam/curd, fold in half, slice into two then twist or roll each one up into a knot.
