Divide the shrimp, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion evenly among four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and shrimp.

Spoon the honey garlic sauce evenly over each packet.

Fold and seal the foil tightly to create leak-proof packets.

Bake or grill for 12– until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
