250 g beef or turkey smoked sausage — sliced (halal)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 piece small red bell pepper — diced

1 tsp Cajun seasoning
0.5 tsp smoked paprika
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.25 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the core from the cabbage and cut it into 4 thick rounds. Place them in a baking dish.

Brush the cabbage with olive oil, season lightly with salt and pepper, and bake for .

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage until browned, then remove.
