240 g cooked chickpeas — (1 ½ cups)
1 egg
40 g cocoa powder — (½ cup)
60 g dark chocolate — (⅓ cup)
60 g peanut butter — (¼ cup)
70 ml maple syrup — (¼ cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 tsp baking powder
salt — pinch
1 handful Raspberries

Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.

Rinse chickpeas very well.

Add everything except the chocolate to a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Fold in chopped chocolate.

Transfer to a small baking pan (about 8×8 inch / 20×20 cm).

Add extra chocolate on top if desired.

Bake for 18–. Do not overbake them. The brownies should still look slightly soft in the center — they become extra fudgy while cooling.

Add raspberries to garnish.
