Instructions

Step by step

    Heat 2 inches of oil in a heavy skillet to 375°F / 190°C.

    Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In separate bowl whisk eggs, milk, vanilla. Combine to smooth batter.

    Pour batter into a funnel or squeeze bottle with tip covered.

    Drizzle batter in swirling circles into hot oil. Fry 1- per side until golden.

    Drain on paper towels. Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve warm.
