  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar

  • 7 g dried yeast

  • 1 cup warm milk

  • 1 Unit large egg — beaten

  • 60 g semolina

  • 150 g Strong Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Step by step

    Whizz flour and butter to breadcrumbs, or rub together by hand.

    Add the yeast, salt and sugar and then the milk and beaten egg.

    Use the dough hook on low for or knead by hand for until shiny and smooth.

    With a small amount of grease at the base, proof your dough in a bowl for 2 hours or until it has doubled in size.
