Kitchen HelpShopping list
1 sheet puff pastry — thawed
6 tbsp pizza sauce
80 g shredded mozzarella
12 slices black olives or candy eyes
2 Tbsp flour for dusting
Tools
- · oven
- · baking tray
Instructions
Step by step
- 1
Heat oven to 200C / 400F. Cut pastry into 6 small rectangles for bases + thin 1cm strips for bandages.
- 2
Spread the sauce, add cheese on each rectangle.
- 3
Lay strips criss-cross over the cheese, leave a gap for eyes. Don't cover fully, the cheese peeking through assists with the mummy vibe.
- 4
Bake for 12- until golden and bubbly. Add the olive eyes right after baking.
- 5
Drizzle ketchup as 'blood' if you want extra spooky.
