600 g Bramley apples, peeled and sliced
200 g Blackberries, fresh or frozen
75 g Caster sugar — for filling
0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
150 g Certified gluten-free oats
100 g Gluten-free plain flour blend
75 g Light brown sugar — for topping
100 g Cold unsalted butter, diced

Instructions
Step by step

Preheat your oven to 190°C (170°C fan). Lightly grease a 1.5 litre baking dish.

Toss the apples, blackberries, caster sugar and cinnamon together in the dish, spreading evenly.

In a bowl, rub the cold butter into the oats, flour and brown sugar until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

Scatter the crumble topping evenly over the fruit, pressing down lightly.

Bake for 35– until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling around the edges.

Let it stand for before serving warm with custard or ice cream.
