15 g porridge oats — ground to a fine powder
50 ml water or breastmilk/formula — for thinning if needed

Steam the diced carrot over boiling water for 10– until very soft and tender when pierced with a fork.

Transfer the carrot to a blender or food processor and add the sliced banana and ground oats.

Blend until completely smooth, adding a little water, breastmilk or formula to reach a soft purée consistency suitable for your baby's stage.

Serve lukewarm or at room temperature. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze in ice-cube trays for up to 3 months.
