Shopping list

  • 8 pieces quality sausages — quality

  • 3 pieces Eggs

  • 150 ml Milk

  • 3 TBsp Oil

Tools

  • · 2 x four whole Yorkshire Pudding Tins or one large tin
  • · Bowl & whisk

Instructions

Step by step

  1. 1

Roast the sausages in a shallow roasting tin until browned, about (remember that they will go back in the oven later)

  2. 2

Place flour in a bowl and make a well in the centre

  3. 3

Add the egg and combine to a paste and slowly start adding the milk, continually whisking until you have a smooth slightly runny batter

  4. 4

Heat the oil in the oven tins/tin in the oven

  5. 5

Once hot, either divide the mixture equally between each tin or add to the one tin and do the same with the sausages so that they are evenly spaced.

  6. 6

Put straight bake in the oven and bake for 15-

  7. 7

You can serve this with baked beans or with an onion gravy
