200 g mature cheddar cheese — grated
2 piece tomato — thinly sliced
40 g butter — softened

Instructions
Step by step

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Lay four slices buttered-side down and divide the grated cheese evenly over them.

Arrange the tomato slices over the cheese, then top with the remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.

Heat a large frying pan or griddle over medium heat.
