500 g chicken breasts — sliced into strips
1 piece red pepper — sliced
1 piece yellow pepper — sliced
1 piece onion — sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp garlic powder
1 piece lime — juice
1 pinch salt — to taste
1 pinch black pepper — to taste
8 piece flour tortillas — warmed

Instructions
Step by step

In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken strips and cook for 5–, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.

Add the sliced peppers and onion to the pan and cook for another 4– until the vegetables are tender but still have a slight bite.

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and vegetables, toss well, then squeeze over the lime juice.

Serve the fajita mixture in warm tortillas with soured cream, grated cheese, salsa and guacamole as desired.
