    Pressure-cook or boil the sprouted beans with 250ml water and a pinch of salt for 15– until tender but not mushy. Drain and reserve the cooking liquid.

    Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle for 20 seconds.
