6 large samosa sheets or filo sheets — cut in half
3 tbsp ghee or butter — melted
200 g paneer — cubed small
1 cup frozen peas — thawed
1 small onion — finely chopped
1 tsp ginger — grated
0.5 tsp cumin seeds
0.5 tsp garam masala
0.5 tsp chaat masala
0.25 tsp turmeric
1 pinch saffron — soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk
1 Unit salt — to taste
1 tbsp coriander — chopped
1 Unit pomegranate seeds — to finish
1 Unit chutney — to finish

Heat oven to 180°C. Brush samosa sheets with ghee, press into a 12-hole muffin tin to form cups. Bake 10- until golden.

Sizzle cumin, onion and ginger in a little ghee. Add peas, spices, saffron milk. Cook .

Add paneer, toss gently . Check salt.

Fill warm cups, top with pomegranate, coriander.

Serve with chutneys.
