Cut the lobster tails lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the lobster tails and cook for 4– per side until tender.

Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, parsley, and dill. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Spoon the creamy sauce over the lobster, garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
