1 cup Buttermilk — whisked with eggs
2 large Eggs — whisked with buttermilk
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs — for coating
4 tablespoons Unsalted butter — for glaze
4 tablespoons Honey — for glaze
2 tablespoons Hot sauce — for glaze
2 cloves Minced garlic — for glaze
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley — for garnish
2 litres Vegetable oil — for deep frying

Cut chicken breasts into strips and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Set up three bowls: seasoned flour, whisked buttermilk and eggs, and Panko breadcrumbs. Dip tenders into flour, coat in buttermilk mixture, and press firmly into Panko for maximum crunch.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry tenders in batches for 4– until deeply golden brown and cooked through. Drain on a wire rack.

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat with honey, hot sauce, and minced garlic until smooth and bubbling. Toss hot tenders in the sauce, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
