12 oz spaghetti
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves — minced
0.75 cup Parmesan — grated
1 tsp Italian seasoning
0.5 tsp smoked paprika
0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
0.5 tsp black pepper
salt — to taste
2 tbsp parsley — chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
0.5 cup reserved pasta water

Cook Pasta: Boil spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

Season Shrimp: Toss shrimp with paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Sear Shrimp: Heat olive oil with 1 tbsp butter. Cook shrimp 1– per side until golden and opaque. Remove.

Garlic Butter: Melt remaining butter, add garlic, halved baby tomatoes and cook .

Toss Pasta: Add spaghetti, lemon juice, Parmesan, and enough pasta water for a glossy coating.

Finish: Return shrimp, toss gently, then top with parsley and extra Parmesan.
