  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts — cubed

  • 1 Turkey Kielbasa

  • 1 l b Large Raw Shrimp — peeled and deveined, tails off

  • 2 g reen Bell Peppers

  • 2 1/2 cups Beef Bone Broth

  • 1 Box Dirty Rice

  • 1 c an Kidney Beans

  • 1 c an mild diced tomatoes

  • umin

  • arlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • ajun Seasoning

Instructions

Step by step

    In a large plan, add a small amount of olive oil and let it heat.

    Add the onion and green pepper.  Cook until the onions begin to soften

  3. 3

    Add the dirty rice and the seasoning packet that comes in the box (sometimes the seasoning is already mixed with the rice).

    When the rice begins to have some color, add the bone broth.  Stir, cover and bring to a boil.

    Once boiling, reduce heat to low.

    In a separate large pan, cook the cubed chicken until its cooked through

    When the chicken is done, add the kielbasa.

    Check the rice mixture.  When the rice has absorbed the bone broth, its time to cook the shrimp.

    Add the shrimp to the pan with the chicken and Kielbasa.

    The shrimp only take a few min to cook.  Don't overdo.

    When the shrimp are done and the rice is ready, add the meat to the rice.

    Add the paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and Cajun seasoning.  Season with your heart rice there are no measurements.

    Stir everything together for a few more minutes.
