Ingredients
Kitchen HelpShopping list
300 g bread flour
3 g instant yeast
3 g salt
5 g sugar
170 ml warm water
2 tbsp all-purpose flour — for oil paste
3 tbsp unsalted butter — melted
water — for coating
sesame seeds — for coating
cooking oil — for pan-frying
Instructions
Step by step
- 1
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.
- 2
Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and let them rest for about .
- 3
Meanwhile, make the oil paste by mixing the flour with the melted butter until smooth.
- 4
Roll each dough ball into a small disc. Place a little oil paste in the center, then bring the edges together and pinch to seal.
- 5
Lightly dip each piece in water, then coat with sesame seeds. Gently roll it out into an oval shape.
- 6
Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Lightly brush both sides of each piece with cooking oil, then pan-fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
- 7
Let them cool slightly, then slice each one in half to create a pocket. Fill with whatever you like—beef, chicken, vegetables, or your favorite filling. Enjoy!
